2. Fruit Salad Kabobs

This recipe is great for parties. Plus, you can infuse it with a little alcohol if you wish to create the perfect party treat. Either way, it is a welcome refresher for company. Anything in kabob-style is just more fun!

Ingredients:

  • 1 watermelon
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 bottle vodka (optional)

Directions:

Slice the fruit into bite-size chunks. Alternatively, use a cookie cutter to make shapes.

If using vodka, put fruit in bowl with vodka until completely covered. Cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours.

Using vodka or not, once the fruit is ready, using toothpicks, skewer a piece of watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew onto each toothpick.
