The Kardashian Family is infamously famous for just being famous. Nobody really knows how they manage to stay in the news every day, but this one thing that we do know is that this family knows how to lose weight.
Whether it is Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian losing baby weight or Khloe Kardashian transforming her body, these girls have tried every weight loss scheme known to women. And while we do not recommend all of their tactics, here are seven Kardashian weight loss tips that appear to be very effective and relatively safe.
1. Know your goal
There is a general belief that goals are attainable when they are measurable so decide what you think a realistic and healthy weight loss goal is for you and share it with others like Kim has done on Instagram. Weigh yourself on a regular (but non-obsessive) basis to keep track of your progress. Keep in mind that minor fluctuations are very normal and nothing to stress about.
2. Start your day right
We have all heard that breakfast is the most crucial meal of the day, but it is equally crucial to make sure that what you are eating is healthy and sustaining. Kourtney Kardashian claims to drink a protein shake every morning, which is an effective way to get great nutrition right off the bat in a portion-controlled manner.
3. Cut the calories
Without becoming a nut about it, it is a good idea to limit your calorie intake. The most effective way to keep an eye on how many calories you consume is by keeping a food journal. Kim Kardashian shoots for 1800 calories a day which is an attainable (and measurable!) goal for most women.
4. Get moving
Find a form of exercise that excites you and you will be more likely to stick with it. During her breakup from Lamar, Khloe Kardashian turned to the elliptical machine and binged on bad reality TV to keep her motivated. Working out will release endorphins and leave you less stressed and in a better mood. With such great benefits, why would not you stick with an exercise routine?
5. Drink up
Tea, that is. Kendall is a big fan of Kusmi Detox Tea and says that she drinks 12 cups a day. I do not necessarily recommend quite that many refills, but drinking tea can help curb your sugar cravings and at the same time help you detox.
6. Get your protein
Kim Kardashian gets in six ounces of protein in every meal, which is a great plan for weight loss. Protein is crucial when it comes to weight loss and maintaining muscle mass. Without it, you could lose what muscle you have while you are dropping pounds.

7. Do not be scared of pre-package
Meal replacement bars and meals have gotten a bad rap, but Kim snacks on one every day to hold her over between meals. Choose one that is high in fiber and low in sugar and you are in much better shape than other meals that you could turn to in a pinch. Convenience does not always mean it is unhealthy despite what you may have heard.
Doesn’t sound too hard, does it? And who would have thought the Kardashians had such wisdom to impart? One thing is for sure, they are one good-looking family so they must be doing something right and I think it is worth a try for ourselves.
