2 Bureaucratic leaders

Bureaucratic leaders are among the most difficult people to work with, but they have enough power to lead you to a successful path. They follow the rules and set high standards. Missing a deadline is like the of the world for them. Bureaucratic leaders have trouble accepting the excuses and rarely work with poorly organized employees. If you can’t stick to the instructions, you are not in the same boat with a bureaucratic leader.

3 Authoritative leaders

Although they are considered the worst type of leadership, authoritative leaders know how to achieve goals and they rarely fail to do that. They predict the challenges in advance and do anything possible to avoid or fight them. Discipline is a priority for them.

Authoritative bosses have a terrible reputation, but they are the ones who can really help you reach your own success in life. Keep in mind, though, if you are highly knowledgeable, you will definitely fail to work with an authoritative leader as they consider themselves the smartest person in the team.

4 Democratic leaders

Democratic leaders are open to new ideas, possibilities, opinions and feedback. They have fantastic listening skills and treat every team member with respect. They are not authoritative, and the power is not a priority to them. If someone in the team is a lot more knowledgeable than they are, they would be rather happy than disappointed.

Democratic leaders are not obsessed with the deadlines and can take weeks to process the new ideas and information and take a serious decision. In other words, democratic leadership is all about flexibility and freedom of actions.

5 Transformational leaders

Inspiration is a part of success and guess who can provide the highest level of inspiration and motivation? Of course, transformational leaders. They stay in tune with each team member and are constantly trying to raise the overall productivity level in the office.

Transformational leaders do not use autocratic methods and they would rather encourage you (even if you make a serious mistake) than belittle you. They are constantly asking questions of themselves and their people, and take the time to meditate and listen to their inner voices.
