2. Zoodle fries

It is easy to trick the kids into eating their veggies when you trot out this healthier version of their favorite side dish. Beat an egg and then toss it with your zoodles.

Dredge the zoodles in flour with your favorite seasonings like garlic powder, a little salt, and pepper, a pinch of paprika or whatever else you like. Bake them for 20 minutes at 350°F. They will be brown and crispy when ready.
