2. Eggs

Hard boiled eggs are one of my favorite protein-packed snacks that I eat almost every day. They are plentiful in protein, calcium, vitamin E, vitamin D, and powerful antioxidants.

One hard boiled egg contains only 78 calories and 6.29 grams of protein. While it’s great to eat hard boiled eggs for breakfast, it’s even better to eat it mid-day or after your workout.
