8. Work in Out

Though exercise does not make the breasts grow, it helps them appear bigger. Certain exercises can make your breasts look a lot perkier naturally.

You know about and probably do push-ups each day, but there are more effective workouts to add to your fitness routine. Invest in a set of light dumbbells and do the following exercises at least four times per week:

  • wall push-ups
  • shoulder rounding
  • reverse dumbbell flys
  • dumbbell cross punch
  • plank walk
  • chair dips
  • elevated push-ups
  • plank reaches
  • alternating chest press
  • push-ups with an alternating shoulder tap
  • dumbbell wrist rotation chest press
  • swinging arms
