8 Dumbbell curls

Work out your arms with regular dumbbell curls. You can perform the exercise with a set of free weights if you have no dumbbells at home. Try to do dumbbell curls standing or sitting, with both arms or alternated. Whatever you choose, perform this exercise 3-4 times a week for the best results.
