2. Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
- Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together except the olive oil until well combined. Then gradually whisk in the olive oil.
