9. Dijon Mustard Dressing

Dijon mustard dressing goes well not only with different types of salads but also with meat, fish, pasta, and vegetables. This salad dressing can be spread on sandwiches, marinated meat in it, and seasoned salads with it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Put all the ingredients one by one in a small jar (or a wide-mouth bottle if you are cooking for a large family) with a tightly screwed lid, close, and shake vigorously until you get a beautiful homogeneous consistency with visible mustard seeds.
