2. Lemon Meringue Pie Shakes

The iconic pie, now in fabulous liquid form. To make it, you will need to add 1 cup of lemon sorbet, 1 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon curd and a 1/4 cup of milk in your blender.

Then, turn to your mixer where you will beat 2 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until they get that nice, stiff meringue look. Pour the milkshakes into glasses and then top with the meringue. Use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the meringue for the finishing touch.
