5 Go for a little exercise

A little gentle exercise can also help your belly debloat. This is not the time to try a new HIIT workout, though. Instead, you want to do something that gently moves gas along. Exercise reduces the feeling of bloating. When you move, your intestines begin to release gas faster.

If you do something too intense while bloated, your body will hand your energy over to the active parts of your body and put the digesting on hold, leaving you more bloated than ever. The best thing you can do is go for a nice walk after a meal or even do some simple yoga poses.
