4. Push-Ups

How to perform:

  • Lie down on the floor in such a way that your back faces the roof
  • Make sure that the legs are in a straight line and close to one other

  • Remain in this posture for about 5 seconds
  • Now slowly bring the chest back on to the floor
  • Perform 10 repetitions
