2. Getting or Missing Your Perio
It is worth noting that a delay in menstruation is not always the first sign of pregnancy. With an irregular cycle, nervous overstrain, and past diseases, such cycle disorders can indicate other processes in the body. Amenorrhea is a common problem among women, and it is not a sign of pregnancy anymore. If you do not get your periods, make sure you see your gynecologist to figure out the reason.
Implantation bleeding is one of the most misleading pregnancy signs. It happens the week before regular menstruation and may trick you into thinking you are not pregnant. Implantation bleeding is typically brown or pink in color and usually lasts for a few hours but no more than three days.
In order not to guess and not worry once again, to determine pregnancy in the early stages, you should use a home test. Most of them will show pregnancy as early as 8 days after the missed cycle.
