2. Easy banana ice cream

Treat yourself after your workout to a tasty vegan ice cream. It takes a little planning beforehand though because you will need 2 frozen bananas.

You will take your frozen bananas and blend them with your choice of dairy-free milk and 1 scoop of your favorite vegan-friendly protein power. Add the dairy-free milk slowly because you can always add more to adjust the consistency if you feel it is too thick. For an extra hit of flavor, sprinkle it with a touch of cinnamon as you blend.
