2. S’mores

When it comes to marshmallows, it’s hard to resist the classic s’mores. What’s not to love about the combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows all melted together? While s’mores are typically associated with summertime campfires, they can be enjoyed any time of year – including during a cozy night in with a cup of hot cocoa topped with marshmallows.

Not a fan of venturing out in the cold winter weather to make s’mores over a fire? No problem – you can easily make them in your oven or microwave. Simply assemble your s’mores by layering graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows together and place them in the oven or microwave until the marshmallows are toasted and gooey.

If you’re looking for a more creative twist on the classic s’mores, try making s’mores ice cream pops. Simply crush up graham crackers and mix them into vanilla ice cream. Add in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips and freeze the mixture in popsicle molds. Once frozen, dip the popsicles in melted chocolate and sprinkle with more graham cracker crumbs for a delicious and fun treat.
