2. Understand Them
Not everyone understands introverts. An introvert for somebody is a boring, shy and withdrawn person. However, almost all of them are cheerful and friendly, but this sociability invigorates and exhausts someone. An introvert is not afraid of prolonged solitude, and no one can entertain him the way he does it himself. The fact is that much more events take place inside him than around him.
Therefore, do not get offended every time they turn down your invitation. An introvert cannot recuperate otherwise. If this bothers you, arrange for the person to alert you when they need to be alone. Thanks to this, everyone will understand what is happening, no one will be offended, and the introvert will be able to rest. Understanding makes introverts feel appreciated, so if they say they are too tired to party today, just let them spend that night alone.
