21. Contouring to Make Your Breasts Bigger
Skillful make-up of the décolleté area can easily create the effect of a lush bust. The main goal of this is to make the body more structured. To contour the décolleté area, you can use bronzing powder and highlighter:
- With a wide brush, first, apply the powder in a V-shaped line from the middle of the chest up and to the sides.
- Then with a highlighter, focus on the collarbones and lightly walk along the inside of each breast.
