8. Work in Out
Though exercise does not make the breasts grow, it helps them appear bigger. Certain exercises can make your breasts look a lot perkier naturally.
You know about and probably do push-ups each day, but there are more effective workouts to add to your fitness routine. Invest in a set of light dumbbells and do the following exercises at least four times per week:
- wall push-ups
- shoulder rounding
- reverse dumbbell flys
- dumbbell cross punch
- plank walk
- chair dips
- elevated push-ups
- plank reaches
- alternating chest press
- push-ups with an alternating shoulder tap
- dumbbell wrist rotation chest press
- swinging arms
