14. Creamy Nutritional Yeast Dressing

Nutritional yeast, along with apple cider vinegar and garlic, gives this dressing a rich, umami flavor that is irresistible. You’ll find yourself wanting to spritz them all!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos, or low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast

Directions:

Preparing this dressing is as easy as the others. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
