2. Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette

This salad dressing will give the salad an exquisite sourness and a pleasant aroma. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s better and cheaper than any store-bought sauce. Lemon balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing is sweet, tart, and creamy at the same time. It is very well suited for lettuce leaves, cucumbers, cabbage, spinach, white cabbage, wild garlic, and other types of salads and greens.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together except the olive oil until well combined. Then gradually whisk in the olive oil. It’s an all-purpose salad dressing that’s ready in minutes.
