10. Tahini Dressing

Tahini is delicious, tender, and cosmically healthy. It is very easy to prepare and can be easily combined with any dish. Tahini salad dressing is a must for anyone who loves oriental flavors very much. For vegans, it is generally not replaceable.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup well-stirred tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons water
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

You should mix equal-tone tahini and freshly squeezed lemon juice, then add olive oil, salt, and some maple syrup or honey.
