Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup well-stirred tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
You should mix equal-tone tahini and freshly squeezed lemon juice, then add olive oil, salt, and some maple syrup or honey.
