5. Stand up straight

This may seem like a too simple way to make your breasts grow, but a poor posture affects your breast size too. When your shoulder drops and your back hunches, the skin tissues of your breasts sag and they appear smaller.

Put your smartphone in your bag and straighten up. If you have serious posture problems, consult your doctor and incorporate certain posture exercises like these:

  • t-stretch
  • cow face pose
  • shoulder squeeze stretch
  • lunges
  • planks
  • pilates swimming
  • crunches with a twist
  • shoulder rolls
  • kneeling stretch
