5. Fresh Fruits

Consumption of fresh fruits increases estrogen production, decreasing testosterone. Fruits help to make breasts firmer and more voluminous. They contain vitamins and minerals necessary to ensure the health of the mammary glands.

Bananas, cherries, plums, pomegranates, blueberries, apples, and watermelons are healthy foods to increase the bust. So, be sure to include these foods more often in your regular diet.
